Pekin Campus Concrete Replacement/Repair Project #2023-P-03 Tazewell County is inviting sealed bids from interested and qualified parties for the replacement/repair of approximately 6500 square feet of concrete on the Pekin campus of Tazewell County. Questions regarding this bid may be directed to Mindy L. Darcy, Tazewell County Finance Director/Assistant County Administrator, at mdarcy@tazewell-il.gov through Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. Tazewell County is seeking bids proposals to replace/repair approximately 6500 square feet of deteriorated concrete throughout the downtown campus. Additional steel and concrete bollards to be installed at one location. The bids shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, logistics, warranties, transportation, and supervision to replace/repair existing concrete sidewalks and approach aprons, and shall including any state and local permit requirements. All work will be at the Tazewell County Courthouse, McKenzie Building, and Justice Center. All bids shall include and provide the following provisions: The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the following: Remove and dispose of specified existing reinforced concrete sidewalk sections, excavate and install additional aggregate, as required, and replace with new 4" thick reinforced concrete over a 6" aggregate base. If required, install ADA compliant ramps at all roadway/parking lot entrances.
