St. Charles Fire House No.2 ROJECT DESCRIPTION A. Summary Project Description: Construction of new single level building to house the City of St. Charles Fire Station #3. B. Contract Terms: Lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum) For those projects with a total cost of more than $75,000.00, Annual Wage Order No. 29 shall be in effect for the project. There will be one (1) bid package associated with this bid. Please reference the detailed scope of work narrative provided in the bid documents. The work would include providing the necessary labor, materials, and equipment to construct a new Fire Station #2 at the intersection of Friedens Rd and Fairgrounds Rd in St. Charles, MO The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, or to advertise for new submittals if deemed necessary. The City is an EOE and fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes and regulations in all programs and activities.
