There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. Client Agency Requirements - Bidders must be escorted at all times. No firearms are permitted on site and NO pictures are allowed. All bidders to sign the sign in sheet for credit. Projects located at any Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Facilities listed on the Departments January 24. 2022, and March 25, 2022, Notices must continue to follow the Interim Final Rule COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements and deadlines. Projects at all Non-CMS Facilities are encouraged to follow COVID-19 vaccination requirements. Guidelines and site access requirements vary per site, and some agencies may have more stringent requirements which will be noted in their projects Notice to Bidders. All envelopes containing proposals must be clearly marked PROPOSAL and must include the address of the Proposal Submission location, the assigned contract, the proposers name, address, project name, project number and the Proposal Submission Deadline Date and Time. Mailed proposals include proposals submitted through the United States Postal Service or through an express mail service. If the prospective proposer chooses the USPS as the method of delivery, please note that the USPS does not deliver directly to the Department of General Services, it is delivered to a processing area. Duration: 1,642 Calendar Days from date of Initial Job Conference *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Project will consist of Work on an existing, operating and occupied Pennsylvania State Police Academy & Headquarters Facility located on an approximately 160 acre campus 1. The site includes multiple support functions operating from multiple facilities 2. The Work of this Project should be executed in such a manor so as to minimize all interference with the ongoing operations and activities of the Pennsylvania State Police Academy. Proposed phasing and sequencing drawings are included in the Contract Drawings to illustrate the Agency's Continuity of Operations priorities. All means and methods, and final sequencing and schedule are the sole responsibility of the Contractor. Final questions must be submitted via e-Builder no later than 5:00 PM ET on Tuesday, July 18.
