Construction of Corrugated Metal Building- Douglas Road Yard

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation and expertise in order to accomplish Construction of Corrugated Metal Split Office/Storage Building at the Road Yard located at 3665 N. Leslie Canyon Road, Douglas, Arizona, 85607 to the satisfaction of the County. The Contractor shall complete the following tasks: Task 1 –Contractor shall complete the construction of a corrugated metal building as approved within the architectural plans provided. Contractor is responsible for all earth moving within the designated location and per the approved architectural plan provided. Task 2- Internal install of electrical service Task 3- Internal install of fire suppression system Task 4- Internal install of all bathroom and communication closet electric HVAC mechanical system Task 5-Finish Work in restroom-to include sheetrock, tape/texture, paint, plumbing fixtures and lighting. Task 6- The Contractor shall install and hookup the required utilities- 1. Electrical- Trenching for underground service for a 200amp, single-phase, 120-240 server. 2. Water- Trench and Connect 3. Sewer- Trench and Connect
