RFQ Design - Bryan Hall HVAC and Life Safety Upgrades 2022

The intent of the project is to upgrade the building HVAC equipment, bring chilled water to the building from the campus distribution, and to upgrade the life safety systems. The scope of the project will include bringing the chilled water distribution line from the campus loop to the building, the installation of a four pipe system, fan coil units, make-up air units, HVAC controls, upgraded fire alarm, and any associated architectural work to incorporate the new systems. The selected A/E, as a portion of its required Scope of Services and prior to submitting its proposals, will discuss and clarify with the Owner and/or the Contracting Authority, the cost breakdown of the Architect/Engineer Agreement detailed cost components to address the Owner's project requirements. Participate in the Encouraging Diversity, Growth & Equity (EDGE) Program as required by statute and the Agreement.
