| Description | This project consists of the following: Part 1: 1. Furnish and install new 4” asphalt in two locations totaling approximately 8000 SF (note this is an approximation and it will be required for the contractor to measure this work). 2. The prep work (grading, road base, compaction and existing asphalt edge prep) will be completed by the County. Contractor should observe this work and approve it for the asphalt application. 3. Desired completion date would be as soon as possible based upon contractor availability. Part 2: 4. Furnish and install new 3” asphalt in one locations totaling approximately 20000 SF (note this is an approximation and it will be required for the contractor to measure this work). 5. The prep work (grading, road base, compaction and existing asphalt edge prep) will be completed by the County. Contractor should observe this work and approve it for the asphalt application. 6.
