Detention Center Kitchen Equipment Replacement & Staff Dining Remodel

The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of labor and materials, and equipment for the demolition, disposal, construction, and installation of the following: 1. The kitchen equipment scope includes supply and install new kitchen equipment and all plumbing and electrical needed. Kitchen MUST remain functional during entire project. 2. The staff dining scope includes remodel of an existing, un-used satellite kitchen area into a staff dining area. Supply and install new kitchen equipment (relocation of existing staff kitchen equipment will be by Owner), all HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needed to update the space with new lighting, ceiling tiles, other minor renovations. Coordinate with other trades who may be performing work in the area.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 11 -	Equipment, Foodservice Equipment, Foodservice Storage Equipment, Refrigerated Food Storage Cases, Walk-In Coolers, Walk-In Freezers, Foodservice Shelving, Food Preparation Equipment, Food Preparation Appliances, Food Preparation Surfaces, Food Cooking Equipment, Commercial Ranges, Commercial Ovens.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
