Video Wall Replacement System and Support

The Government intends to procure a new video wall and distribution systems at the NOAA Gulf of Mexico Disaster Response Center (GoMDRC). These services shall include the acquisition of system components and software for a new video wall and smaller video display, removal of the existing video systems, testing and training on the use of the new systems, and support to maintain operation of the new systems. All program files and source code delivered with the system shall be open source software or, if not, provided to the GoMDRC facility at the completion the project in an uncompiled format. The purchase and installation of the video wall and distribution systems shall include system maintenance and repairs. If an on-site visit is necessary for resolution of a non-critical repair, the contractor shall be on-site within 2 business days of notification. Critical issues shall require an on-site response time of not more than 4 hours from notification. The video wall systems will be for the Incident Response Room (RM128) and Command Control Room (RM135) located at 7344 Zeigler Blvd., Mobile, AL 36608.
