Requirement for replacement and installation of Lawn and Irrigation System. Construction activities include but not limited to labor, materials, equipment, management for the removal and replacement of the existing lawn and irrigation system. The project also includes installation of different lawn materials for effective water management while reducing the facility’s impact on the local water supply. The irrigation system will incorporate new technology to include smart irrigation monitoring and control system that can optimize an irrigation schedule and wager usage to reduce or eliminate water losses, unhealthy plant material and high maintenance costs. The project includes an alternate option for raw water connection.
