| Description | NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals ("Proposals") from Cost Estimating Consultant firms (the "Proposers") to provide NYCHA with cost estimating consulting services, as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP (collectively, the "Services").
