Description

This project consists of installation of new HVAC units to serve Racer Arena and associated electrical upgrades. Demolition work includes demolition of existing HVAC units, associated ductwork, steam piping, condensate piping, controls, and associated electrical. New work consists of HVAC units on structural support stand, ductwork distribution, HVAC controls and electrical upgrades. Associated architectural work includes patching and painting existing walls and floors, and modifications to existing roof for new ductwork penetrations and structural steel supports.
