SR 3011- 009 is a bridge rehabilitation project with construction consisting of beam and deck replacement, minor roadway reconstruction, pier and abutment repairs, and other miscellaneous construction activities, all as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package for STATE ROUTE 3007, SECTION 018, in PERRY COUNTY, NORTHEAST MADISON TOWNSHIP, from Segment 0050 Offset 1902 to Segment 0050 Offset 2356, for a project length of 399 linear feet (0.076 mile), also STATE ROUTE 3011, SECTION 009 in PERRY COUNTY, TYRONE TOWNSHIP, from Segment 0030 Offset 0000 to Segment 0030 Offset 0159, for a project length of 159 linear feet (0.030 mile), overall project length of 558 linear feet (0.106 mile).
