Square Footage: 42,000 ft 2 __________________________________________________ The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all concrete, steel, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to install complete in place approximately . four thousand two hundred and fifty (4,250) square yards of 6-in thick Reinforced Concrete Pavement . four thousand five hundred and fifty (4550) square yards 8-in thick Lime Stabilized Subgrade . one thousand two hundred and thirty (1,430) square yards 4-in thick Reinforced Concrete Sidewalk . Two hundred and forty (2340) square yards variable thickness Reinforced Concrete Sidewalk . two hundred six (206) cubic yards of reinforced concrete retaining wall . six hundred seventy (670) linear feet of 18-in to 36-in RCP storm drain . one thousand one hundred sixty five (1,165) linear feet of 8-in PVC Wastewater line . one thousand four hundred forty (1,440) linear feet of 6-in to 8-in PVC Water Line together with all associated appurtenances to complete this project at the following location in the City of Irving: Lindy Lane from Balleywood Road to South Irving Heights Drive. Bidders will be required to submit the following information with their bid documents: 1) A detailed project schedule for completion of this project. 2) A list of all projects under construction (include: Owner contact name, phone number, total contract value, and current percent of contract time & value expended). 3) A list of at least three completed projects of similar or larger size completed within the past 5 years (include: Owner contact name, phone number, total contract value, required completion date, and actual completion date). 4) A detailed list of major construction equipment owned by their company. 5) A detailed list of major construction equipment to be assigned/utilized on this project. 6) A list of all subcontractors to be used on the project, the type of work each subcontractor will perform and the anticipated percentage of the work they will complete. 7) A summary of their company's Quality Control Program (max three pages, do not submit a complete Quality Control Program with your bid...just a summary).
