Labor & Materials for Preventive Maintenance on all HVAC Equipment related to VFDs, Building Automation Controls, Phoenix Controls, Lab and Building Exhaust Systems, Lab and Special Environment Controls, and equipment brands that are exclusive to Phoenix Controls, AAON, Camfil, Eaton, Seresco, Titus, Strobic Air Technologies products, Baltimore Aircoil Company, Taco Comfort Solutions, and Loren Cook B. Labor & Materials for Repairs on all equipment listed above, including hourly rate, after hours and holidays. C. A service report following each service visit describing all services and materials provided for the covered equipment. D. Materials sold to the University of Tennessee Health Science Center for repairs made by UTHSC Facilities Employees
