Gymnasium and Facility Upgrade Project

Scope: New gymnasium shall be Nucor – American Buildings structure 75’ long, 40’ wide and 20’ tall. Gymnasium shall be fully insulated. Structural supports for (6) basketball goals. Installation of (6) basketball goals. (2) sets of double doors. (1) roll up door. LED lighting package with keyed switch and guards. Emergency/exit lighting. Fully operational fire alarm system to be compatible with existing panel. (2) 5-ton Trane RTU’s with UV sanitizers. Interior wall panels up to 10’ AFF. Remove and dispose of existing HVAC units. (4) Trane 14 seer 15 ton gas package units with new curb adapters. (3) Trane 14 seer 10 ton gas package units with new curb adapters. (1) Trane 14 seer 20 ton gas package unit with new curb adapters. (1) new Trane 5 ton split system. Remove, replace, and reconfigure ducting for 20 ton unit. (1 each) UV lights per unit for mitigation of airborne contaminants. New thermostats throughout building. Clean and sanitize all existing duct work remaining in building. Testing, balancing and new user orientation. Demo and remove all existing acoustical tile ceilings in building. Demo and remove all existing HVAC return and supply registers located in existing ceiling. Demo and remove all existing lights and exit signs located in existing ceiling. Fumigate and sanitize open ceiling areas after removal of ceiling, prior to new installations to mitigate any air born contaminants. New acoustical ceilings throughout building. (300) new 2’ X 4’ LED light fixtures and (22) new exit lights with new switching at each location. (195) new air condition and supply and return registers in new ceilings.
