Estimated Completion Date on 04/21/2025 Estimated Range for Information Purpose Only Range between $10,000,001 to $20,000,000 DBE Goals for this Project 14% Contractors Prequalified in One of These Work Types Are Eligible to Bid This Project: 4 or 5 Pursuant to N.j.s.a. 34:11-56.35(D), if the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development (Lwd Commissioner) Makes an Initial Determination That an Employer Has Violated the Provisions of P.l.1963, C.150 (C.34:11-56.25 Et Seq.) by Paying Wages at Rates Less Than the Rates Applicable Under That Act, the Lwd Commissioner May Immediately Issue a Stop-work Order to Cease All Business Operations at Every Site Where the Violation Has Occurred, and May Assess a Civil Penalty of $5,000 Per Day Against the Employer for Each Day It Conducts Business Operations in Violation of the Stop-work Order.
