Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing on the outside the name and address of the Bidder and the project information "BID FOR CIVIC CENTER PARKING LOT RESURFACING". The sealed envelope must be enclosed and be addressed to: Mayor Joseph G. Butler Carroll County Office Complex 625 High St., Suite 101 Huntingdon, TN 38344. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, the right to accept or reject the lowest or best bid, and negotiate minor points with the successful bidder. The Purchasing Committee of Carroll County Government is the final arbiter of all questions concerning the bids.
