Gymnasium Bleachers

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and supplies as required to replace the telescoping bleacher systems at Eau Gallie HS, Cocoa HS, Merritt Island HS and Titusville HS of the School Board of Brevard County gymnasium locations with new telescoping bleacher systems. Replacement work bids shall be lump sum. Bids should reflect the cost of all materials and labor for demolition of existing bleacher system and properly disposing of demolished materials off site. The installation of new telescoping bleachers shall match the existing configuration as close as possible. The type, size and dimensions of the new replacement telescoping bleachers shall match the existing bleachers as close as possible. All bleacher dimensions and footprint shall be field verified to ensure an accurate bid and to avoid any construction errors. No additional compensation shall be borne by the School Board of Brevard County due to the failure of the Contractor or his subcontractors to properly coordinate the work with existing conditions. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to satisfy themselves to the accuracy of all measurements and locations during the construction process.
