| Description | For Concrete Pipe For the period of February 1, 2023 through July 31, 2023, for the following contracts: 3931 CON Each bid must be received in a sealed envelope which is clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner with the BID NUMBER - BID NAME and the DATE OF THE BID OPENING. The envelope should also display the NAME and ADDRESS OF THE BIDDER From the bids submitted, the Board of Supervisors shall select the most qualified based on price, and other relevant factors, negotiate and enter into a contract, all pursuant to Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended. All proposals offered will be read aloud. All bis will be evaluated by the Lauderdale County Purchasing and Road Manager. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids and waive informalities. |
