| Description | Provide all necessary labor, material and equipment to complete the masonry construction and interior wall construction as shown in architectural drawings This includes but is not limited to the following: Provide layout of walls prior to work start to allow for plumbing rough. Provide pipe penetrations in masonry as needed for plumbing and electrical work. Furnish/install all lintels as needed. Masonry finish should be clean and joints smooth and ready for paint. Extend masonry min. 1' above the highest abutting finish ceiling height. Clean off/scrape the interior concrete surface of the lower portion of the long, south wall (parallel to Mill St.) to a durable, consistent, and smooth finish that is suitable for gym patronage. Concrete finish/seal said wall thereafter for sustainability and interior aesthetics (any applicable color to be determined). |
