The Project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Wedge and level, HMA patching, and HMA resurfacing along with all incidental work required, as more fully specified in the Contract Documents. The Putnam County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to request clarification for any bid submitted and to hold any or all bids or proposals for a period of not more than thirty (30) days and said bids or proposal shall remain in full force and effect during the said period. In comparing bids, consideration will not be confined to price only.
