| Description | The project will require removing four existing evaporative coolers and replacing them with a new HVAC system to condition the existing gymnasium which is approximately 70’ x 100’. The new HVAC system consists of four new heat pump units and a fabric duct system. Existing ridge vents will be replaced and modified to accommodate new HVAC system. Electrical work will require modifications to the existing electrical distribution including replacement of SES to accommodate new mechanical units and future expansion, new electrical panel, and new receptacles. Modifications to the existing fire alarm system will be required to accommodate new duct smoke detectors. Site improvements will require removal and replacement of existing parking lot pavement to accommodate new electrical work. |
