Roofing Maintenance and Repairs IDIQ (NSWCPD)

: This contract is for roofing-system-maintenance for fifteen (15) Government buildings at the Philadelphia Navy Yard (also known as the Philadelphia Naval Business Center (PNBC) having a total roofing area of approximately 865,000 square feet. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform roofing maintenance for roofing systems categorized as Preventative Maintenance and Repairs. Preventative Maintenance includes quarterly and semi-annual gutter cleanings, annual roof surveys, and general roofing maintenance for the NSWCPD roofing systems associated with NSWCPD-maintained facilities at the PNBC, Philadelphia, PA 19112 and all NSWCPD facilities within a fifty (50) mile radius of PNBC. Currently, there are no buildings located outside the PNBC complex. However, additional facilities within the fifty (50) mile radius may be added. In general, the work of this contract has the following parts: 1.3.1. Provide regular, recurring preventative maintenance of roofing systems - for example, roofing surveys and gutter/drainage cleaning on a rotating annual schedule. 1.3.2. Provide non-recurring, corrective maintenance to repair roof leaks or minor repairs to small roofing areas after rain or snow events. Repairs will be ordered as individual task-orders (TO), based on Exhibit Line Item Number(s) (ELIN) of the Statement of Work (SOW).
