The project consists of the following: Cut/fill of approximately 7800CY of material in the area designated on the plans. Construct a dike 3 high using selected material Type A around the C&D cell in areas indicated on the plans. Using selected material type C, grade and shape area to meet minimum elevations shown on the plans.
