Description

The scope of work includes reconstruction of parallel parking spaces located on the east side of Fernwood Road to create new 60-degree angled back-in parking configuration, and miscellaneous sidewalk and landscape improvements to facilitate the project. As a result, approximately 42 additional parking spaces will be gained. New parking spaces will consist of regular size, compact, and golf cart parking.
