Description

1. The roof assemblies consist primarily of architectural asphalt shingle roof systems. The low sloped roof area on the pop-up of the Village Hall and the low sloped roof area on the Learning Resources Center consist of thermoplastic single ply roof membranes. 2. There are a few penetrations through the roof systems which consist mostly of plumbing vent pipes, roof drains and exhaust vents. C. Overall the architectural asphalt shingle roof systems and the low sloped thermoplastic roof membranes appear to be in fair condition and require some random repairs, primarily around roof system penetrations and terminations. D. The cement siding wall assemblies immediately adjacent to the roof areas were also reviewed and are in fair to poor condition.
