Description

SLBE Sub-Contracting Goal : 25% The Student Success Center will be a new four to five story educational building, approximately 53,000 to 65,000 GSF, on the current site of the Carrie Meek Center for Business. The project includes the demolition of an existing one story building, including flat lot parking and an accessory structure. The new LEED Silver Certified building may include classrooms, multi-purpose spaces, labs, offices, conference center, entrepreneurship institute, student services, and support services (including independent chiller plant and utilities).
