| Description | The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to obtain the services of a qualified firm to provide partial or full Swimming Pool Management Services on behalf of the City of Fredericksburg Parks, Recreation and Events Department. Options will be outlined in the statement of needs. The City isseeking a contract for a term of one (1) year, with three (3) additional one-year renewal terms based upon satisfactory performance and mutual agreement of both parties If any prospective Offeror has questions about the specifications or other solicitation documents, then it is the Offerors responsibility to contact the Procurement Officer whose name appears on the face of this solicitation, in writing, no later than October 25, 2023, 4pm. Oral requests for information will not be accepted. No further written inquiries will be accepted after 4:00 P.M. local time on 10/25/2023. |
