Roof Project

Project Houseworks is seeking bids from qualified licensed contractors for new re roof, gutter, downspout and extensions install, soffit and fascia replacement one(1) residential homes in Omaha, Nebraska. Attention is called to the fact not less than minimum salaries and wages as specified by the U.S. Secretary of Labor as set forth in the specification may be paid on the roofing/gutter work. The contractor must, furthermore, insure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color or creed, sex or national origin. The bidder must file a certificate of insurance with Project Houseworks evidencing comprehensive public liability insurance coverage protecting the property owner for not less than 1,000,000 per occurrence, 2,000,000 aggregate arising out of work performed by the contractor. Evidence of workman's compensation insurance must be shown prior to receipt of the order to proceed with the work.
