The Performing Arts Building is located at 320 Maywood Avenue, Mankato, MN. Parking is available in Lot 23 (Free Lot) or in Lot 4 (Visitor Pay Lot). The project scope consists of approx. 2000 SF of remodeling on the second level in the Performing Arts building. The Work includes but is not limited to: demolition; floor patching, metal stud and drywall partitions; fire treated wood framing, hollow metal door frames and wood doors; window treatment, floor and wall finishes. Mechanical systems include plumbing, fire protection, heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Electrical systems include electrical power, data, and lighting. Note: Theater lighting and sound equipment supplied and installed by MSU, Mankato.
