14620 Freemanville Road - House Demolition

**As of August 03, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The general scope of work will consist of demolition of the house and footings. All demolition debris from the house will be removed from the site. The building area will be backfilled with compactable fill to grade. Once the area is backfilled and compaction is reached the entire area will be seeded and strawed. All work will be according to the plan and any field adjustments must be approved by the Inspector prior to demolition. The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
