Description

Project consists of a new affordable housing complex and associated site work. Plans include a mixture of 34 single-family and duplex home units along with a 30-unit senior living apartment building. Work includes a renovation of an historic leasing office that will be used as a community building, as well as a community garden and a playground/picnic area. PLEASE NOTE: 1.
