The project generally consists of the removal of all existing physical features with the exception of the existing shade trees unless same needs to be removed for the site improvements, installation of new site fencing, various playground equipment, benches and tables, bonded rubber surfacing, a water feature area including water filtration and recirculation systems, decorative site landscaping, decorative lighting, decorative block walls, permeable paver walkways, hot mix asphalt roller hockey rink, concrete curb and sidewalk, storm sewer improvements and other associated improvements
