Lupine Neighborhood Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project

The major work to be done includes the following approximate quantities: Pipe Burst 1,648 lineal feet of 8-Inch HDPE Sanitary Sewer Pipe, 161 lineal feet of 6-Inch HDPE Sanitary Sewer Pipe, and 1,370 lineal feet of 4-Inch HDPE Sanitary Sewer Laterals; 53 Property Line Clean-Outs; one 24-Inch Sanitary Sewer Manhole; 750 square yards of 3-Inch HMAC Trench Resurfacing; 420 square yards of 20-Inch Asphalt Concrete Pavement Repair; 990 tons of HMAC Paving; 4,470 square feet of 4 and 6-Inch P.C.C. sidewalks, ADA access, and driveways; additional Pipe Bursting, 3-Inch HMAC Trench Resurfacing, and 4 and 6-Inch P.C.C. sidewalks and driveways as an additive alternate; and the performance of additional and incidental work as called for in the plans and specifications.
