| Description | Contractor for the demolition, clearing and restoration of land for Pasco County Community Development Department and the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Related (CDBG-DR) Voluntary Homeowner. The contract period will begin on the date of the Board of County Commission’s approval and continue through November 24, 2021 unless terminated in writing by Pasco County. This agreement may be extended for two additional one-year periods under the same prices, terms, and conditions as in the original contract approved by Pasco County upon mutual agreement of both parties. All contracts are subject to the appropriation of funds by Pasco County. |
