20th Avenue Apartment Building

Plans call for a new ten (10) unit, 4-story apartment building. The building consists of nine (9) townhouse style units with private roof decks, and one (1) ground floor studio unit. The four (4) ground level townhome style units have highly glazed flexible use live/ work spaces along NW 20th and NW Quimby. The proposal includes nine (9) tuck under parking spaces accessed off of NW Quimby. The primary building materials include cedar shingle, solid and perforated metal panel, aluminum-clad wood sliding doors, fiberglass-clad wood windows, ground face CMU block, stucco soffits, and painted steel guardrails. As of January 19, 2023, no applications have been submitted for building permits. This project was granted Design Review approval in July 2022. An architect has been selected; however, a general contractor or selection method is not disclosed.
