Sweep, pressure wash both existing tennis courts. The entire area measures 120x120 (14,400sf). Existing tennis nets will be removed prior to start. - Remove any weeds/vegetation from surface cracks in existing asphalt surface. - Install NovaCaulk Crack Repair distributed by Midwest Sports and per manufacturers instructions (or similar product with owner approval). - Install Novacourt Tennis Court Surfacing per manufacturers instructions to entire 120x120 area.
