Eagle Street Audio/Visual Equipment and Installation

Design and install an audio visual (AV) system for its Eagle Street facility (7272 S. Eagle Street), and is requesting design/build proposals for its consideration. The current AV system in the room was installed in 2013 and is need of updating and enhancing (see Exhibit 3 “Existing System Information - Community Room” for detailed information regarding the current system). Additionally, the City is seeking to expand its current audio/visual footprint to include the lobby and Large Conference Room. The City is requesting each service provider submit a proposed design for the system, including itemized pricing, equipment lists, and a map showing the proposed locations of the equipment. Proposals that include the reuse of existing equipment should clearly indicate which equipment is recommended for reuse in the proposal. Proposals should only include commercial-grade equipment. Proposals should include all costs associated with management, procurement, staging, installation, integration, training, testing, and cleaning of the space. Upon completion of the work service provider will be required documentation for the system in a format acceptable to the City, including a system map, physical map of equipment locations, equipment lists, manufacturer literature, control codes, any other software used to configure the system. All work must be completed and invoiced by no later than November 15, 2020.
