Parking Lot Drainage Improvements and Paving at the Lycoming Valley Railroad Office Building and Warehouse

Paving contractors to install stormwater facilities to be tied into existing storm sewer, mill and remove pavement, pave base course and wearing course, and install concrete curbing in the parking lot of the Lycoming Valley Railroad office building located at 421 Reighard Avenue (corner of Boyd and Reighard, adjacent to General Cable) in the Newberry section of Williamsport, PA. The general scope of work includes installation of a stormwater inlet and corrugated pipe to be tied into the existing storm sewer; replace existing stormwater inlet tops and boxes as necessary; installation of No. 2A subbase, mill and remove pavement; pave base course and pave wearing course; and install concrete curbing among other work. Each bid shall be accompanied by a one-year warranty and description of compensation related to warranties provided by the material supplier and/or installation contractor.
