Description

Scope: The Project includes to provide the inspection and repair services for various HVAC equipment and refrigeration systems. HVAC systems include, but is not limited to: 10 ton and under heating and air conditioning equipment to include heat pumps, gas furnaces, ice machines, and water coolers. The contractor shall inspect all systems using certified personnel, and provide all labor, parts, etc. to perform work that complies with all applicable codes and conditions.
