| Description | To provide diagnostic, repair and all other necessary services required for HVAC Systems on as needed basis, at various locations within the County of Orange. The primary requirement of this RFB is that all HVAC systems and associated equipment i.e. thermostats, sensors, unions, fittings, valves, and any other equipment and/or materials be repaired in a timely manner to avoid any building shutdowns, and to limit the inconvenience to the general public and County employees, and such systems and equipment remain in peak operating conditions and function at maximum performance throughout the term of the contract to be executed. |
