| Description | Renovation of the Abbeville Civic Center Roof. Retro-Fit System over the existing Civic Center Metal Roof as described below: 1. Provide all safety measure per OSHA guidelines. 2. Install pressure treated wood blocking around. 3. Install proper EPS flue filler per metal panels 4. Install overlay board and gang screw with flue filler. 5. Install fully adhered 60 mil TPO roofing system per manufacturer’s instruction. 6. Flash all adjoining walls, rtu’s, fans, etc. per manufacturer’s instructions. 7. Fabricate and install new guttering, downspouts and perimeter edge flashings utilizing a 24 gauge galvalume with kynar 500 finish, color by owner from standard color choice. 8. Clean up and haul away all debris on daily basis. 9. Provide a two-year workmanship guarantee against any leakage. 10. Provide a twenty-year manufacturer’s warranty. |
