Description

Remodeling of the University of New Mexico's Technologies Main Facility. Building 153 (Cube Area, South Wing, First and Second Floors). The work includes selective demolition in 2 existing areas including carpet and baseboards, ceiling panels/grids and all support items attached to the ceiling, all wood doors as shown on demolition plans, removal of all cubicles and associated items to be refurbished. New work to include installation of doors and hardware, interior finishes, ceilings/grids and special systems. All rooms and doorways will meet ADA compliancy. The work includes relocation of existing overhead lighting and mechanical diffusers with associated electrical and data services.
