| Description | The general scope of work for this project includes the removal of three old existing rooftop HVAC units and replacement with Dakin HVAC units. Provide three separate mobilizations to remove and install three rooftop units with a crane. Provide and install three Dakin replacement rooftop units. Two on structural steel and one on an existing rooftop curb. Provide a licensed electrician to disconnect and reconnect the units. Provide a controls contractor to disconnect and reconnect the rooftop units and install into the graphics system. Provide and install all sheet metal duct work to connect the building system to the new rooftop units with insulation and venture clade covering. Perform a complete start up of the equipment and produce reports to hand over to the end user along with operator manuals for the roof top units. Remove and recycle the three existing roof top units. |
