**As of August 1, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded as the proposals are significantly higher than the government and the budget. Open discussion and negotiation made and maybe delayed up to end of August. The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO-15, intends to a Construction Contract for project 657-503, Construct Primary Care and Women's Health Building at Marion VA Medical Center in Marion, Illinois. This project is being solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) . Proposals received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.101-1, Best - Trade Off Selection Process. See Basis for Contract explanation in Proposal Submittal Instructions. Those offerors not providing the documentation outlined in the "Instructions to Offerors" will not be considered The NAICS Code for this project is 236220 - Commercial and institutional Building Construction, the size standard of $45.0 million. of the construction for this project is between $10,000,000.00 to $20,000,000.00.
