| Description | The scope of the controlled maintenance project as submitted to the State is as follows: 1. Upgrade pneumatic controls to full DDC system. Campus Standard is ASI Control System-No substitutions. See Appendix D for additional requirements. 2. Replace AHU-1 and AHU-2 Condensing Units and Evaporator Coils. See Appendix D for additional requirements. 3. Retrofit Existing Boiler Plant to new Condensing Boiler Plant. See Appendix D for additional requirements. 4. Replace all VAV Boxes, AHU-1 HW Coils and AHU-2 Hot Water Coils. See Appendix D for additional requirements. 5. Roofing, Electrical, content manipulation and General Conditions associated with work of the project |
