The Work shall consist of the furnishing and applying, 4 topsoil, fertilizer, seed, mulch and include all labor and equipment necessary for the application of the above. The Board of Contract and Supply reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities in the bid. Sealed bids shall be accompanied by a five percent (5%) bid security in the form described in the Instruction to Bidders, and shall include all the required bid forms, affidavits and statements. the successful bidder shall commence work within seven (7) calendar proceed and compete all work by October 15th ,2023 All questions regarding plans and specifications shall be addressed to the city engineer in writing by Question ambiguities or contradictions within these specification shall be clarified only by written addenda Question Deadline 04/27/2023

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
