Description

*As of March 09, 2023, a Construction Manager and an Architect have been selected. Project is in preliminary design. Construction could start sometime in late 2023 / early 2024. The Township of Bordentown is accepting proposals for Construction Management Services in the development and construction of a new municipal complex. Construction Management Services are sought to include all phases of the project including the preconstruction, bidding, construction and closeout phases. SCOPE OF SERVICES The successful respondent for Construction Management Services shall provide services for the Construction Project summarized in Exhibit A (page 10) throughout the preconstruction, bidding, construction and closeout phases of the project. At a minimum, the services required for each phase of the project are detailed below. The successful respondent is expected to designate a Project Executive and an On-Site Construction Manager. The Project Executive is expected to dedicate approximately ten (10) hours per week to the Project
