Description

To provide Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services for the Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) Phase 1 Project. This project involves the interconnection of ten (10) traffic signals along the Maynardville Pike corridor and interconnection of five (5) traffic signals along the N. Cedar Bluff Road corridor. All intersections are subject to pedestrian signal modifications, phasing changes, curb ramp and sidewalk modifications, pavement marking replacement and upgrades, signal head replacement, signage improvements, and testing and integrating new signal system software. Closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras will be installed at the intersections of N. Cedar Bluff Rd. / Middlebrook Pk. and Maynardville Pk. / Norris Freeway.
