Town Beach Equipment, Installation, Revitalization

1. Minimum three (3) panel Sensory Wall. 2. Windchimes/Sound Wall. 3. Hardware must be stainless steel avoid salt air corrosion. The Town will consider comparable options provided proper documentation is provided for the product(s). 4. Structure post should not be smaller than 5” OD in diameter. 5. 6,280 sq. ft. of ADA compliant playground pervious surfacing with appropriate temporary edging. Please see visual where we would like to have the ocean inspired ‘waves’ in the surface/ocean theme. 6. 725 sq. ft. of ADA compliant fitness station area (for ages 13+) to include at least three (3) pieces of equipment. NOTE: The Town Beach is located adjacent to the Town’s senior center. The Town asks that firms/individuals take this into consideration when submitting their proposal. Proposal must include at least two (2) of the following: 1) Elliptical 2) Assisted Row/Push Up 3) Stretch or Mobility Structure

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
